Do credits expire?
Paid credits never expire. Free trial credits (50 on install) expire 14 days after install. We'll notify you before they do.
What counts as a credit?
One credit = one shade analysis or AI try-on preview. Browsing your catalog, configuring settings, and viewing analytics never consume credits.
What's your refund policy?
Unused paid credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase — no questions asked. Once credits are consumed, they're non-refundable. Contact support@hueman.beauty with your order reference.
What happens if I run out of credits mid-scan?
The shopper's current session completes using a grace buffer of up to 5 credits. After that, new match requests are paused until you top up. Shoppers see a friendly message rather than an error.
